My name is Teresa. I am 27 years old and an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay Cosmetics. My life revolves around my 2 beautiful children. They are the reason that I live and breathe. I have a loving and supportive family. I have 4 sisters who range in age from 11 to 30. My two youngest sisters are still in school, and it amazes me how well grounded they are. My two oldest sisters are my daily inspiration to do something big with my life. My oldest sister is an attorney, and is very active in her community trying to make a difference in people’s lives. My other sister is a police officer, and I couldn’t be more proud of her. I look up to her in more ways than she could ever imagine.
My mother is my rock. She is truly my hero. She is everything I could ever want in a mother, and more. She is very supportive of everyone in our family. Despite all of the things that could have easily have been setbacks for her, she has remained strong and gotten through it all the integrity and grace she has always possessed. I love you mom!
I just started Mary Kay in April and its been going very slow for me, between illness and complications with my son’s diabetes and cash flow problems and skin care class cancellations I’ve been seriously comtemplating throwing in the towel.. I found your blog tonite and it inspired me to go out tomorrow and get my goals accomplished. I really needed a pick-me-up so thank you for providing it and please keep posting!!
